I just wanted to compliment you on your great service. My fluids light came on during these hot summer days on a Saturday, and I was a little nervous about letting it go until Monday so I called and the service center was closed. The receptionist put me on hold and then said to come in and ask for John. I didn’t identify who I was, or if I even bought my car from you. When I arrived, John noticed that my low tire pressure light was on so he offered to bring it in to cool off so he could fill the fluids and in the meantime would check my tire pressure and reset my sensor. I later found out that it was your sales manager, John Guarnera...pretty impressive. It’s the little things that you and your company do that sets you apart from the rest. Thanks again!
